Public Records Requests

Welcome to the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office Public Records portal. The public records of the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) are governed by Chapter 119 of the Florida State Statutes. Requests can be made using various methods, including a submission through this online portal which can be used to submit a request, or track the status of your request.

We strive to operate as efficiently as possible and to complete all requests within a reasonable time frame.  All requests are processed in the order they are received.  The time frame to complete these requests varies depending on how extensive the request is, the number of redactions needed, and the overall volume of requests we have received prior to your submission / request.
